About the Role:

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven French Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud solutions to clients
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills, and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned sales targets
