Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on robust sales opportunities in the Google Products space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet quarterly sales quotas and achieve daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Manage a designated portfolio to identify high-potential prospects and educate customers on available offerings.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to establish rapport quickly and assess customer needs.
  • Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and align business needs with available Cloud solutions.
  • Maintain and update prospect and customer data using Salesforce.com, ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native proficiency in French; fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and assess situations effectively.
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts successfully.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders during business conversations.
