Key Responsibilities:- Meet quarterly sales quotas and achieve daily and weekly activity targets.
- Manage a designated portfolio to identify high-potential prospects and educate customers on available offerings.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to establish rapport quickly and assess customer needs.
- Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and align business needs with available Cloud solutions.
- Maintain and update prospect and customer data using Salesforce.com, ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.
- Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native proficiency in French; fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and assess situations effectively.
- Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Ability to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders during business conversations.
