Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including C-level decision makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
Requirements
  • Native level of French
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions
What We Offer

  • Salary: 22,785€ gross/year + up to 2,734€ gross/year in bonus
