About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French Speaking Business Development Representative to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Native level of French
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • 1 year experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others and read situations well
  • Experience in cold calling and successfully managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious
What We Offer
  • Basic Salary €22,785 gross per year + up to €2,730 gross per year bonus = €25,515 per year OTE
