**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated French Speaking Sales Representative to join our thriving team in Barcelona. This on-site role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth in the French-speaking market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the French-speaking market.
* Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
* Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
* Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

**Qualifications:**

* Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
* Prior sales experience, especially in the software industry, is advantageous but not required.
