Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and building client relationships for Google products.

Your fluency in French will be essential in engaging with French-speaking clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs in French-speaking markets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Google products and their benefits, and effectively communicate these to clients and prospects.
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards targets, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience and successful use of Google products.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to deliver a seamless client experience and support overall company goals.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Flexible and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic work setting.
