About the Role

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking an experienced Project Leader and Administrator to join our Solutions Group team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the President and leadership team in executing our organizational strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Solutions Group President and leadership team to cascade strategic objectives and ensure alignment throughout the organization.
  • Support special projects of a confidential nature, including potential acquisitions or partnerships, organizational changes, and internal organizational challenges.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities and bring them to the attention of the Group President and/or Solutions Group Leadership Team.
  • Manage administrative details, including preparation for external engagements and team meetings, calendar management, and expense reimbursement.
  • Develop visual communications and content for leadership meetings and communication events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in providing executive support to several departments in an international, high-demand environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with and presenting to all levels in the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to gather data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build a personal network quickly.
  • Willingness to extensive domestic and international business travel.
