About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. as a Renewable Energy Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge wind turbine technology and contribute to the company's mission of making sustainable energy a reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the industrialization and fleet of wind turbines, analyzing and defining contingency actions to issues found on manufacturing plants, construction, and fleet.
  • Conduct electrical studies, including reviewing electrical schematics and documentation, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Provide local technical support in SGRE Agreda plant (Soria, Spain) and collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of wind turbines.
  • Develop and implement electrical solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of wind turbines.
Requirements
  • Electrical studies: Electrical module Upper level (FP superior) or electrical engineer degree.
  • 1-5 years of experience in manufacture or support on electrical cabinets or wind farms field experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (minimum B2) and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
