Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Engineer to join our Technology Development organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating control improvements to our wind turbine products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement control strategies for wind turbines to improve performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other turbine components
  • Conduct simulations and testing to validate control system performance
  • Optimize control system parameters to maximize turbine performance
  • Work closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other turbine components
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Wind Energy Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience with MATLAB/Simulink in simulation and control development/adjustment
  • Knowledge of Latex and experience with controller tuning, optimization, and validation in the wind industry
  • Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, and electrical/mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
