Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large territory portfolio, ensuring coverage through daily high-scale customer engagement on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large territory portfolio, ensuring coverage through daily high-scale customer engagement on the phone.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and growth.
  • Engage directly with customers through data-driven triggered actions and react to inbound customer-initiated triggers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and report progress and challenges to management on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Customer empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Business fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English.
  • Performance-driven approach.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments.
