Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large territory portfolio, ensuring coverage through daily high-scale customer engagement on the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large territory portfolio, ensuring coverage through daily high-scale customer engagement on the phone.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and growth.
- Engage directly with customers through data-driven triggered actions and react to inbound customer-initiated triggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and report progress and challenges to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Customer empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Business fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English.
- Performance-driven approach.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments.
