We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team at Ecovadis Germany. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate and select customers maximize the value they receive from our sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, driving retention and revenue growth.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Assist customers in effectively utilizing our platform to meet their specific business needs, handling internal and external requests.
  • Communicate progress and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports on account and market status.
  • Work with assigned accounts to promote our solution through case studies, events, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Passionate about excellent customer service, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in one additional language, such as French.
