Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, driving retention and revenue growth.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, executives, and other decision-makers.
- Assist customers in effectively utilizing our platform to meet their specific business needs, handling internal and external requests.
- Communicate progress and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports on account and market status.
- Work with assigned accounts to promote our solution through case studies, events, and other initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Passionate about excellent customer service, with a focus on sustainability.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Fluent English and proficiency in one additional language, such as French.
