Job Summary:

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Benefits Leader to oversee our benefit and pension programs across the MENAT region. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Country HR Councils, National and Regional HRMs, and other members of the Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement benefit strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including fiduciaries, regulators, vendors, and social partner representatives.
  • Deliver results on ad-hoc and time-sensitive projects in key areas such as M&A, Business Restructurings, HR/Business initiatives, and financial analysis.
  • Adopt a LEAN mindset to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all areas within remit.
  • Ensure all programs are fully compliant and identify and manage any issues requiring intervention.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
