Job Summary

We are seeking a highly responsible and organized individual who is passionate about working with children and is motivated to be part of a dynamic team. As an Academic Team Leader, you will play a key role in helping our team of teachers deliver exceptional results and ensuring that our Kids&Us Method is implemented consistently across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and children, providing clear explanations of our educational approach and values.
  • Conduct commercial tasks to promote the Kids&Us Method in various contexts, highlighting its unique benefits and features.
  • Ensure that our educational program is delivered in accordance with the Kids&Us Method, at each stage of a child's development.
  • Provide support and guidance to children and teachers in everyday situations, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.
  • Train new team members in our Kids&Us Method, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality education and support.
  • Assist with daily tasks and operations in the school, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organize and coordinate events and activities in the school and beyond, promoting a sense of community and engagement.

Requirements

  • Passion for working with children and a strong commitment to education.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • High level of English language proficiency (all skills).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
