Job Summary

The primary responsibility of a Division Manager is to grow the Division's Operating Income by leading the day-to-day sales and operations teams. This high visibility role is 40% Strategic + 60% Tactical and works closely with the Global Corporate Senior Leadership team to progress in a rolling 3-year strategic company vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direction to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction/delivery, quality, and long-term sustainable growth
  • Lead the day-to-day sales and operations teams

Requirements

This role requires a strong leader with excellent strategic and tactical skills, as well as the ability to work closely with the Global Corporate Senior Leadership team.
