Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth objectives and develop a successful sales team in customer transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth objectives and develop a successful sales team in customer transformation.
  2. Maximize team efficiency by utilizing digital tools and prioritizing important tasks, updating narratives, and adopting the value proposition for customers.
  3. Coach team members in internal meetings and accompany them on customer visits.
  4. Have a deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem of your region to increase market share by covering the right customers through dynamic platforming.
  5. Understand competitors' activities and report them to adapt plans when needed.
  6. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by closely following customer evolution and leveraging conclusions from satisfaction surveys.
  7. Support team members in deciding the right pricing and commercial strategy for each deal according to the company Commercial Policy and strategy.
  8. Ensure that team members report 100% of their commercial activity in the company CRM.
Requirements
  1. Eager to work in a highly commercial dynamics environment.
  2. Passion for developing a successful sales team in customer transformation while achieving sales growth objectives.
  3. Agile and flexible.
  4. Resilient to maintain momentum and motivation in various circumstances.
  5. Willing to make decisions independently in daily business operations.
  6. Preferably, have commercial and people leadership experience in a technical and technological environment.
