Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our Human Resources Shared Services team in Malaga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Ensure contracts and addendums are up-to-date with local legislation and that all required documents are requested.
  • HR Data Management: Ensure employee data changes and absences are accurately recorded in the HRIS system.
  • Global Mobility: Manage and track all staff movements, including contracts and tax with HR HQ, and keep relevant departments informed.
  • Employee Documentation Compliance: Perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices and legislation.
  • Long-Term Service Awards: Oversee and manage local operations and communication for company initiatives.
  • Background Screening: Support the mitigation of background screening reports.
  • Compliance and Audits: Respond to local authorities' requests and support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • HR Background: Solid experience in HR advisory roles in fast-paced, professional services or sales environments, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, resourceful, and highly adaptable, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to influence senior management and gain credibility.
