Senior People Partner

We're seeking a seasoned Senior People Partner to spearhead our HR strategy in Spain and Portugal. Our fintech scale-up is poised for growth, and we need a strategic partner to drive employee experience and performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership: Foster strong relationships with senior leaders, becoming a trusted advisor and key member of their extended leadership team.
- Leadership Coaching: Develop and coach leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and team dynamics, empowering them to handle HR matters independently.
- Employee Advocacy: Serve as a neutral, approachable resource for employees to discuss sensitive issues, and lead on employee relations cases to ensure fair and consistent resolution.
- Operational Support: Assist the central People Operations team with day-to-day HR generalist activities, collaborating with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Proven experience as a People Partner in a fast-paced, tech-first environment with fluent Spanish and English.
- Deep knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese labor laws and benefits, with a strong background in employee relations.
- Experience supporting and coaching sales teams, including knowledge of organizational structure, performance plans, compensation, and incentives.
- Willingness to travel extensively to connect with the field sales organization along the Southeastern coast of Spain.
- Total compensation range: €80,000 - €90,000.
- Hybrid working model.
- Opportunity to work with a global fintech scale-up.
We're looking for candidates based on the Southeastern coast of Spain, preferably in Malaga or Alicante. Barcelona or Madrid is an option, but this role will involve a high percentage of travel. We welcome applications from fluent Spanish and English speakers willing to relocate to the Southeastern coast of Spain.
