About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Primark team. As a P&C Area Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our People & Culture strategy across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement the workforce plan and drive business growth.
  • Coach Area Retail Leadership in people management and support P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs.
  • Foster a positive company culture and assist in analysing engagement surveys.
  • Implement well-being programs and ensure compliance with people policies.
  • Advise on employee relations and work with works councils and trade unions.
  • Analyse KPIs, share best practices, and lead organizational change.
About You

We are looking for a proactive leader with strong decision-making skills who can confidently make informed choices under pressure. You should be a self-starter who fosters optimism, resilience, and adaptability, setting ambitious goals and driving development.

We value innovation and encourage creativity, supporting new ideas and improving processes. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR, with experience in industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and distribution.
