We are seeking a strategic and innovative People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional colleague and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement the workforce plan and drive business results.
  • Coach Area Retail Leadership in people management and support P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs.
  • Foster a positive company culture and assist in analyzing engagement surveys.
  • Implement well-being programs and collaborate with Retail Leadership on performance management.
  • Develop talent pipelines and oversee succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with people policies and advise on employee relations.
