About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Primark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement workforce plans and drive business results.
  • Coach Area Retail Leadership in people management and development.
  • Support P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs and implementing well-being programs.
  • Foster a positive company culture and analyze engagement surveys to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Retail Leadership on performance management, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with people policies and advise on employee relations.
  • Work with works councils and trade unions to drive business outcomes.
About You

We are looking for someone with a solid background in HR, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive development and change. You should be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships, supporting HR initiatives with effective communication, and having a clear business vision. Regular travel and visits to stores will be required.

We value experience in industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and distribution. Your capability to manage change, coach others, and drive high performance will ensure your success in this role.
