About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven P&C Area Business Partner to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business effectively and delivering an amazing colleague and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement the workforce plan and drive business growth.
  • Coach Area Retail Leadership in people management and support P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs.
  • Foster a positive company culture and assist in analysing engagement surveys.
  • Implement well-being programs and ensure compliance with people policies.
  • Advise on employee relations and work with works councils and trade unions.
  • Lead organizational change and drive high performance.
