About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven P&C Area Business Partner to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our P&C strategy and purpose in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement the workforce plan and drive business results.
  • Coach Area Retail Leadership in people management and support P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs.
  • Foster a positive company culture and assist in analysing engagement surveys.
  • Implement well-being programs and collaborate with Retail Leadership on performance management.
  • Develop talent pipelines and oversee succession planning, ensuring compliance with people policies.
  • Advise on employee relations and work with works councils and trade unions.
  • Analyse KPIs, share best practices, and lead organizational change.

About You

We are looking for a proactive leader with strong decision-making skills, who can confidently make informed choices under pressure and anticipate risks. You should be a self-starter who fosters optimism, resilience, and adaptability, setting ambitious goals and driving development.
