About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at ALS. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives and driving a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR systems and processes to support business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver HR services and support to employees across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
