Job Title: Technical Support Specialist with Chinese

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with expertise in Chinese to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to clients, focusing on security systems, which requires experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to identify project needs and deliver tailored security solutions.

  • Prepare and present technical documentation to explain product configurations.
