Job Title: Field Service Specialist with German Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist with expertise in German language to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS). As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients in the Telecommunications industry to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate sites with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Plan and coordinate site visits with landlords and municipalities to ensure efficient operations
  • Train new hires on Field Services procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Plan and coordinate site inspections with landlords, municipalities, and partner construction companies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Execute site visits, including on-site photos, access inspections, and evaluation of access for trucks and cranes
  • Meet with landlords and municipalities to answer site acquisition process-related questions and provide support
  • Execute B2B's and meet with involved parties on-site to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Native level German language skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English
  • Previous B2B sales experience is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via various channels
  • Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Minimum high school qualification, with a college degree considered an advantage
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
