Senior HRSS Specialist with Spanish Language Expertise

At OpenText, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior HRSS Specialist with Spanish language expertise to join our EMEA Headquarters in Grasbrunn. As a key member of our HR Shared Services Team, you'll play a pivotal role in addressing complex HR issues and providing senior-level support to the HRSS Response Centre and Processing Centre.
Your ImpactYou'll drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and deliver a high-quality employee experience by:
- Providing expert support to the HRSS Response Centre and Processing Centre
- Collaborating with other HR functions and external vendors to optimize HR transactions
- Leading training sessions to ensure best practices
- Contributing to regional HRSS projects and global initiatives
As a Senior HRSS Specialist with Spanish language skills, you'll enjoy:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields; HR professional accreditation is preferred
- Strong HR operations and shared services expertise, focusing on the Southern European subregion
- Proven experience managing complex HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities
- Proficiency in HR process optimization and knowledge management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Competency in SAP/SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, French and other European languages are a plus
