Job Summary

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a Lead Prospector with expertise in Spanish language to join our team. As a Lead Prospector, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our Sales Development Representatives, researched from various digital sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal Sales Development Representatives.
  • Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Qualify prospects by conducting eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure they are eligible for acquisition.
  • Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Strong digital and sales skills.
  • Experience working with sales development tools like sales navigator, LinkedIn.
  • Excellent listening and understanding capacity.

Benefits
