Job Title: Lead Prospector with Spanish Language Skills

About the Role:

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a Lead Prospector with Spanish language skills to join our team. As a Lead Prospector, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our Sales Development Representatives, researched from various digital sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal Sales Development Representatives.
  • Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
  • Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.

Requirements:

  • Spoken and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and customer-focused.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Strong digital and sales skills.
  • Previous experience working with sales development tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn.
  • Listening and understanding capacity.
  • Empathy (understanding others).
  • Customer focus.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Integrity and trust.
  • Conflict management.

Benefits:
