Brand Specialist with German Language Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our Amazon EU team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our strategic brands across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement 360-degree strategies for our brands, including selection, promotion, and funding.
  • Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs, defects, and lead times.
  • Provide recommendations for marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products and increase traffic.
  • Manage the launch of new products, improve discoverability, and onboard new products.
  • Improve the customer journey on Amazon through enhanced content and competitor benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 months of professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Finance, Account Management, or Marketing.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of another European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or website content management systems.
  • Confident communication skills, both internally and externally.
