Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Mainland Europe. As EHS Manager, you will be responsible for leading the EHS function in our Supply Chain operations, ensuring compliance with European EHS legislation and developing strategies to improve EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the EHS function in our Supply Chain operations, including 6 depots and 20+ logistics providers
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to improve performance and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Retail stakeholders to ensure EHS excellence
  • Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences
  • Develop relationships with 3rd party operators and logistics providers to ensure EHS compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years EHS experience with senior management exposure
  • Qualification in an EHS field to Degree level or NEBOSH Diploma level
  • Knowledge of European EHS legislation
  • Flexibility to travel to relevant locations in person as required
