We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Site Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental science, safety).
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g. CSP, CIH, OHST).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
