About the Role

At Alstom, we're committed to making transport networks safer and more efficient. As an EHS Site Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects meet the highest health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Alstom's EHS standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide technical guidance to site teams to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with site management to drive EHS performance and achieve Alstom's EHS objectives.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and ensure sub-contractors adhere to EHS standards.
  • Lead the EHS function in the site and monitor the effectiveness of EHS teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.
