About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site management and employees on EHS matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS training programs.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental science, safety).
  • Professional certification in EHS (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
