About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Site Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety).
  • Professional certification in EHS (e.g. CSP, CIH, OHST).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
