Product Manager for Operational EHS Development

BASF Digital Hub Madrid is seeking a highly dynamic and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of digital solutions for EHS excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the modernization of legacy systems and developing new capabilities in the Operational EHS domain.
Responsibilities:- Lead a global cross-functional team of full-stack developers and database engineers to deliver platform enhancements and module development.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and other Product Managers to drive the development and continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
- Identify and realize synergies across different elements of the company portfolio, including technical consultation on product strategy and roadmap.
- Drive the agile transformation of the product team and support team members on their learning journey.
- 7+ years' experience in agile software or product development, preferably at large scales.
- 5+ years' experience in team leadership and supervision or related responsibilities.
- Strong customer focus, act entrepreneurially, and develop creative and innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Agile mindset and experience with agile ways of working.
