What You Can Expect

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our global cross-functional team in the Operational EHS domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering platform enhancements and module development according to stakeholder priorities. You will work closely with the Product Owner and other Product Managers to drive the development and continuous improvement of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a global cross-functional team of full-stack developers and database engineers
  • Accountable for the successful and on-time delivery of platform enhancements and module development
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and other Product Managers to drive product development and improvement
  • Identify and realize synergies across different elements of the company portfolio
  • Drive agile transformation of the product team and support team members' learning journey
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in agile software or product development, preferably at large scales
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership and supervision or related responsibilities
  • Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Agile mindset and experience with agile ways of working
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
