Job Overview

Deliver exceptional customer service to Emirates clientele, providing comprehensive information on fares and actively facilitating ticket issuance while promoting relevant products by understanding customer needs through effective relationship building. Ensure all customer interactions meet quality standards. Process ticket requests for Emirates customers, adhering to all airline regulations and ensuring customer satisfaction to provide a superior service experience. Inform customers about essential travel requirements, including documentation and check-in details. Drive Emirates' revenue growth by presenting customers with various product and service options, including loyalty programs, travel experiences, accommodation bookings, and fare upgrades. Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance service delivery, thereby boosting revenue and reinforcing Emirates' position as a leading airline in the market. Stay updated on Emirates Group developments to maintain professional standards and company knowledge. Assist travel agents with their inquiries and provide necessary support. Handle administrative tasks and offer interdepartmental support as needed. Address refund inquiries, manage queues, and assist with special cases, including unaccompanied minors and young passengers, along with other administrative responsibilities. Collaborate with the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader to finalize daily sales and manage financial transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of two years' experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred. Ability to learn and comprehend reservation and ticketing processes, as well as fare construction and loyalty programs. Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced sales team environment. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a friendly demeanor. Proficient in using PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email. Familiarity with contact center operations and airline industry practices is preferred. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
