Rh Sales Hunters Sl is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- 80% of your time will be spent managing customer relationships, including resolving complaints and issues related to sales, products, and services.
- 20% of your time will be dedicated to selling products and services to our clients.
- You will be responsible for following up with transportation agencies to ensure timely delivery of products to our clients.
- You will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, including resolving issues related to billing, payments, and product/service complaints.
- You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- You will be responsible for training and educating our clients on sales, commissions, discounts, and other relevant topics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
- Residence in the Madrid area.
- Availability to work two days off per week and one weekend per month.
