Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Proactive and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
