Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our international call centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Identify customer needs and manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer information system
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Norwegian (verbal and written), with a good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Available to work shifts in an office-based environment
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to follow processes and procedures
