About the Role

The Sales & Customer Service Assistant will be part of the Iberia team, reporting to the SC Iberia Team Leader. The successful candidate will provide support to the sales team, including daily sales reporting, maintenance of SAP systems, and sales Excel tools. Additionally, they will assist the customer service team with invoicing processes and report point of sales data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports
  • Maintain SAP systems and sales Excel tools
  • Support customer service team with invoicing processes
  • Report point of sales data

Requirements

  • FP Administration, management, etc.
  • Good level of English
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel prioritary)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Very strong analytical skills and execution focused
