Job Title: Sous Chef Pastry

Join DO & CO, a world-renowned hospitality and airline catering company, as we seek a highly skilled Sous Chef Pastry to lead our pastry team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute pastry menus in collaboration with the Chef Pastry, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
  • Supervise and motivate pastry chefs, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.
  • Implement a safe working environment, promoting a culture of food safety and hygiene.
  • Coordinate with the team to manage inventory, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records using our appcc system.
Requirements:
  • Formal training in pastry arts and cuisine.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
