At UiPath, we're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes the transformative power of automation. We're looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Spain, working with C-Suite decision makers for our top accounts.
Your MissionAs an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll operate in harmony with our company values: Bold, Humble, Immersed, and Fast. Your goal will be to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules, while building UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling our solutions using a value selling approach.
Key Responsibilities- Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout lifecycle
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Years of selling SaaS solutions directly to top executives for large companies in Spain
- Successful quota attainment YoY, growing an enterprise client portfolio, through new business acquisition as well as through account expansion
- High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally
- Ability to work with a client organization and find important people in many departments and different levels of leadership
- Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance
- Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accuracy in forecasting
- Fluency in English
