We are seeking skilled partnership managers to enhance our expanding ecosystem organization. As part of the Technology Partnerships team, the Partner Manager will be responsible for cultivating and overseeing business relationships with key technology partners. This role involves identifying and executing marketing initiatives, strategic planning, and aligning organizational goals with those of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of partners within our Technology Partnership team.
  • Formulate strategies to strengthen these partnerships and drive new business growth by leveraging the strengths of both the partners and Make.
  • Facilitate and support the launch of new initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to enhance monetization efforts.
  • Identify growth opportunities by expanding the technological offerings available on Make.
  • Build and maintain essential relationships with assigned partners, focusing on business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Advocate for the interests of assigned partners to foster engagement and internal focus.
  • Be responsible for achieving annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth targets and forecasts.
  • Adopt a 'Customer First' mindset in all partner-related planning.
  • Ensure partner commitment to marketing initiatives and customer acquisition objectives critical for mutual success.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in best practices related to relationship management, integration technologies, and SaaS business models.
  • Proactive, analytical, and collaborative individuals with strong communication skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within sales or partnerships, or 3-5 years in a technical customer-facing position.
  • A degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate and comprehend technical concepts alongside business value.
  • Preference for advanced users of automation, integration, SaaS APIs, and/or no-code software solutions.
