We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Station F, a global leader in AI-powered experience optimization solutions. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to maximize the value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success with our solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand their use of our platform and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for optimization and develop targeted strategies to drive business results
- Develop and deliver training programs to help customers get the most out of our solutions
- Work closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients, providing technical support and guidance to ensure successful implementation
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related digital field, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish and Italian a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML, with JavaScript a plus
- Strong soft skills, including energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and open-mindedness
