Position: Sales & Revenue Manager

Location: Málaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Revenue Management
- In charge of Channel Manager - strategy and monitoring daily rates
- Accustomed to reading data - pick up analysis, forecast, daily
- Sales instructions to reception and closing sales, upselling rooms
- Responsible for OTAs content and connections with Channel
- Responsible for the review of TTOO contracts together with Management
- Act as a Contact person with agencies together with Management
- Commercialization of groups, follow-up of the same, execution of service orders, etc.
- PR support and social networks
- Marketing campaigns and brand positioning in the different channels.
- Promotion at destination and abroad.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written. Fluent in English. Fluency in any other language is a plus
- Minimum of 3 - 6 years' experience in Sales & Management and Revenue within the Hospitality / Hotel industry
- Charged with positive energy and proactivity, adding value to the team
- Ensuring that guests have a unique experience, transmit the values of the brand through excellence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understand and live in the environment, know how to take care of yourself and others.
