**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or any business related courses
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing as a Manager (high-level sales position in a large corporation)
- History of leading a team with rapidly growing results
- High knowledge and use of MS Office and Google Docs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in the English language (other EU language fluency is a bonus)
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
- Deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them
- Experience with online marketing and lead generation
- Has time management skills, Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work with diverse team members
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strict adherence to company policies and philosophy

**DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
- Create a standardized outreach for current and future customers and coordinate its implementation across construction channels and customer management
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Develop quotas, budgets, short term and longrange goals in support of business objectives
- Forecast hiring needs for the Sales departments and manage sales budget and expenditures
- Work with management and departments to align sales, marketing, operations and finance strategies to create profitable growth
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Provide insight and recommendations for improvement in all areas of pipeline management, sales forecasts, productivity, and construction channels performance
- Attend key meetings with members of the sales team.
- Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting
- Develop long term business plans along with CEO and other leaders as designated.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, development and counseling as needed to sales team.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month
