La posición puede estar situada de forma presencial con dos días de teletrabajo en nuestras oficinas corporativas de Madrid o Ibiza, o en modalidad remota desde Mallorca.
Tu misión será maximizar la presencia de los hoteles PHG en los canales mayoristas y minoristas en la región del centro y este de Europa, especialmente mercado DACH.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:
- Llevar a cabo la contratación de los hoteles del porfolio de PHG -Europa y América
- en la región del centro y este de Europa, tanto en socios mayoristas como minoristas.
- Ser el principal contacto con las cuentas de su mercado, tanto los clientes actuales como los potenciales.
- Promocionar activamente los hoteles entre touroperadores, agencias y agentes de viaje de su región, con el objetivo de facilitar y maximizar su venta, resaltando sus puntos fuertes para lograr la mayor posición relativa frente a sus competidores.
- Realizar formaciones de producto en la región.
- Maximizar y optimizar la red de partners y colaboradores en la región, asegurando estar presente en todos los canales que aporten, buscando nuevos distribuidores y, en definitiva, tener siempre el mejor mix de distribución para cada hotel en función de la política comercial del hotel.
- Dotar de información relevante de su mercado para los Comerciales de los hoteles, Directores de Cluster y, en definitiva, para cada hotel.
- Construir la mejor base de datos de clientes y contactos para que la Compañía sea capaz de capitalizarla ahora y en el futuro.
- Ser apoyo e interlocutor para temas derivados de la comercialización, tales como cobros, créditos, reclamaciones o cualquier aspecto que dependa de otros departamentos pero pueda requerir el apoyo con la cuenta.
- Defender política comercial de la empresa en la región, realizando la contratación según política y guide line marcada, pero también proveyendo de propuestas de mejoras e información sobre el encaje de la política de distribución en la región.
- Trabajar junto al departamento de Trade Marketing de EMEA y Europa para la implementación de las acciones de marketings más beneficiosas para los hoteles en la región.
- Coordinar a la/s agencia/s de representación locales si las hubiese, así como la gestión del presupuesto de la agencia y viajes.

**Requisitos**:
**Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar**:
- Estudios universitarios en Turismo, ADE, Ventas o similar.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en posición similar en ventas y contratación hotelera, especializado en mercados del centro y este de Europa, especialmente DACH.
- Nível muy alto de inglés y de alemán, hablado y escrito.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
