We are seeking a **Sales Director**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Business Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for AURA's digital PR services.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

**Client Engagement**:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their PR needs and challenges.
- Present tailored PR solutions that align with client objectives and demonstrate AURA's capabilities.

**Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

**Market Insights**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market insights to position AURA's services effectively and competitively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Sales Experience**:

- Proven track record of successful sales in a PR/Communications/Marketing/Advertising agency or related industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of the PR industry, with a focus on digital PR services.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively convey the value proposition of PR agency's services.

**Relationship Building**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Results-Driven**:

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Motivated by achieving and surpassing business goals.

**Salary**: 123.00€ - 456.00€ per month
