Nos encontramos en pleno proceso de expansión, y actualmente estamos buscando un IBERIA SALES DIRECTOR

**Responsabilidades**:
Buscamos un IBERIA SALES DIRECTOR con experiência en la captación y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales para la venta de soluciones aseguradoras de forma masiva o servicios de valor añadido en el mundo asegurador en grandes Corredores, grandes Retailers tecnológicos,Mayoristas de tecnología o compañías de Renting de dispositivos, (B2B2B, B2B2C, B2B)

**El perfil que buscamos tiene que ser un Head of Sales con**:

- Orientación al logro y Capacidad para la consecución de objetivos comerciales, dirigir al equipo para tal fin, establecer estrategias para cada cliente y cerrar acuerdos de colaboración y de partnership de confianza y duraderos en el tiempo.
- Alcanzar grandes acuerdos con objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos, negociación de márgenes y responsabilizarse de mercado en España y Portugal.
- Definir las políticas comerciales a desarrollar los Sales Business Developers (condiciones de venta, estrategia, servicio, etc.).
- Establecimiento de objetivos, soporte y seguimiento de resultados permanente.
- Análisis y estudio de mercado. Conocimiento de la competencia y establecimiento de alianzas estratégicas
- Manejar la información y tendencias sobre la competencia y necesidades del cliente.
- Definición y desarrollo de planes de formación e incentivación para conseguir las ventas
- Buscamos a un profesional con red de contactos en el sector de comercialización de seguros masivos, grandes cadenas de distribución, Corredores, fabricantes y mayoristas de dispositivos electrónicos, con experiência en venta de seguros o servicios de valor añadido a cliente final.

**Otros Requisitos**:

- Licenciado en Administración de Empresas o similar.

\- Formación específica en el área comercial, ventas y capaz de establecer alianzas estratégicas y rentables a largo plazo.
- Capacidad de Resiliencia y Orientación al Logro.

\- Experiência contrastada dirigiendo equipos de ventas hacia la apertura de nuevos mercados y productos

\- Capacidad de análisis y de establecer la viabilidad de los acuerdos

\- Experiência en trato direct con organos decisores en grandes compañias usuarios de Seguros Masivos
- 6 años de experiência como Director Comercial, en compañias encargadas en la venta de Seguros Masivos

\- Capacidad de Negociación y de buscar un win win, así como visión de negocio con alta capacidad de liderazgo.
